Stanton A. Coblentz

AKA—Stanton Arthur Coblentz

A US novelist and poet. He graduated with a MA in English literature and has written a number of non-fiction stories.

In a career spanning over five decades, Coblentz has produced many fast-paced short stories and novels for science-fiction pulp magazines. His first sf story was The Sunken World published in 1928 in Amazing Stories Quaterly.

Coblentz was also an author of many volumes of poetry and poetic criticism, and an editor of several poetry anthologies.
